Meet the Moore Family
Allison Moore is a dedicated mother, wife, worship leader, and school volunteer who has spent the last 42 years cultivating a life centered around family, faith, and community service. Her upbringing in her family’s building supply business, McArthur Supply, instilled a deep appreciation for hard work, dedication, and community involvement. Her husband, Nathan, has enjoyed a successful career with Heartland, a global tech. company that supports small businesses. In 2024, Allison decided she was ready to run her own family business, and with her husband, Nathan, and son, McArthur, by her side, they sought out a new venture for the family.
Enter Advantage Refreshments
After seeing an advertisement for Advantage Refreshments on bizbuysell.com, Nathan and Allison gave Gary a call. After multiple informative and helpful phone calls, they met at a Cracker Barrel restaurant in Lumberton, NC in January 2024 to discuss our program. After meeting with Gary, Nathan and Allison decided to start a vending business called Foundational Vending, in Southeastern, North Carolina using the Advantage Refreshments business model and our hands on training program. Our Advantage Refreshments team got straight to work for the Moore family and within 90 days the Moore family had signed two manufacturing locations near their home, with over 350 employees total.
Where is the Moore family now?
Allison and her family are settling in nicely to life with their new family business. In just a few short months they have secured their third vending account, Columbus Christian Academy, in Whiteville, North Carolina. The freedom vending brings to this family coupled with the opportunity to serve their community is a recipe for a healthy and thriving family business. You can check out their sweet family business by visiting www.foundationalvending.com.
“Working with Advantage Refreshments has been a very positive experience. We look forward to our continued partnership with Gary and the team to grow our family business.” – Nathan and Allison Moore
